GetMentored, bridges the gap between ambition and opportunity by exposing users to diverse career paths, providing insights on skills and certifications, and facilitating conversations with industry mentors. For companies, this is a unique chance to engage with fresh talent, share insights, and discover potential hires.
GetMentored, features several pages, including an Explore Careers page that displays over 1000 career videos, a Career Finder allowing users to explore several professional fields and view job details, as well as a Mentee Dashboard populated with upcoming Zoom meetings, potential mentors, and more.

Over the 6 months of project development, we worked through 8 sprints and accomplished 16 pages, improving the user experience and functionality of the original website. We implemented a filtering and search bar in the Career Videos page, initiated Zoom integration to connect our mentees with mentors, and created and tested a functioning user registration authentication system. The project was presented at the UCI ICS Expo 2025.
